Simple Blackberry Tarts
This quick recipe can be used with raspberries or mixed berries, too!

1 sheet frozen pastry dough
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon flour
12 tablespoons ricotta cheese
Stir berries into sugar and flour. Place 1 Tablespoon ricotta cheese into each muffin tin and top with mixed berries.
Bake 400° for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown
*Can be used for raspberries as well, or mixed berries!

2 cups Naturipe© Farms blackberries, washed1 sheet frozen pastry dough
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon flour
12 tablespoons ricotta cheese
Directions
Thaw and roll out dough according to directions. Cut dough into 12 squares, about 4 x 4 inches. Fit squares into 12 muffin tins.Stir berries into sugar and flour. Place 1 Tablespoon ricotta cheese into each muffin tin and top with mixed berries.
