Quick Raspberry Cobbler

This easy raspberry cobbler is topped with oats and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Ingredients

2 cups Naturipe© Farms raspberries, washed and drained
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
Cinnamon is optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, mix together flour, butter, oats and 1/4 cup brown sugar until crumbly. Toss berries with remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Pour berries into a greased round 8-inch cake dish. Top with crumble mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbling.
