1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons tapioca beads
2 3/4 cups milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Serve warm or cover with a skin of plastic wrap and refrigerate to serve cold.

Ingredients
1 cup Naturipe© Farmscurrants, stemmed and rinsed1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons tapioca beads
2 3/4 cups milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Mix sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan and let stand 5 minutes. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Stir in almond extract and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Gently stir in currants.Serve warm or cover with a skin of plastic wrap and refrigerate to serve cold.
