Cranberry Coconut Macaroons

2/3 cup flour
1 14 oz. bag shredded sweetened coconut
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
(1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional)
In a large bowl, toss cranberries and flour in a large bowl, stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed.
Place batter by teaspoonful on baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 325°F for about 20 minutes, or until golden. Remove from sheet to cool.
Store in airtight container.
